Payment will be through Paypal invoice and must be received in full before commission will be started. Commissions exceeding $250 can be paid in partial payments across varying stages of the process.

Commissions may be used as a social media banner, profile picture, or any other non-commercial use.

The client will NOT use any part of the commission (including progress shots) in any blockchain technology, AI or machine learning.

Promotional images for a monetized event/website and creation of merchandise have additional fees!

3 major revisions are allowed at the conception stage. Minor revisions will be accepted at the discretion of the artist on future stages.

If insufficient visual reference is provided or if design work is involved, an additional design fee may be added to the quote

The artist reserves the right to cancel the commission for any reason, without question

The artist reserves the right to stream/not stream any commissioned piece unless requested otherwise by the client

Once a concept sketch as been approved, progress shots will automatically be sent at lineart and coloring stages and further progress shots can be requested at any time from the artist.

My turnaround time is relatively quick (most illustration projects will be finished within two weeks or sooner once concept sketch has been approved)

Raw working files (i.e PSD,vector, or files containing information that are not required to view the final, compressed image) will not be provided to the client unless requested within 30 days of delivery of final commission

If the client chooses to cancel the commission, they are eligible for a refund proportional to the amount of work completed on the commission.

If commission is over 75% completed, no refund will be given.

The artist reserves the right to cancel the commission for any reason and the above clauses will be adhered to in the case of.
